Medical Massage including MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident)
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims are billed directly to insurance, and there is usually no out-of-pocket cost for the client once all required paperwork and verification are completed prior to the appointment.
For other medical insurance plans, coverage and co-pay amounts vary by provider and individual plan. Most clients have a co-pay ranging from approximately $5–$30 per visit, which is due at the time of service.
